Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director Public Relations to lead our client engagement and business development efforts. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in strategic communications, client relationship management, and a proven ability to drive business growth. This is a role focused on both expanding our client portfolio and ensuring high-impact delivery for key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

New Business Development:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Lead proposal development, pitch presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
- Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with company goals.

Client Relationship Management:

- Serve as the senior point of contact for key clients.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships.
- Provide strategic counsel to clients on public relations, media outreach, and brand positioning.

Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and oversee integrated PR campaigns across sectors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
- Monitor industry trends and provide insights to shape client strategies and internal planning.

Qualifications:

- 10-15+ years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or a related field, preferably in an agency or consultancy environment.
- Demonstrated track record in winning new business and growing key accounts.
- Strong media relationships and understanding of the PR/media ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients in a fast-paced environment.
