Business Development Leader

As a seasoned business development leader, you will be responsible for driving the strategic growth of our business unit. Your primary objective will be to identify new revenue streams and expand our market share in the cybersecurity sector.

We are seeking an individual with a proven track record of sales leadership, strategic partnerships, and market expansion. You should have expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and operational scaling in high-growth environments.

Key Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in full P&L accountability, profitability management, and business development success.
  • Strong background in cybersecurity or SaaS industry.
  • Track record of revenue growth through sales leadership, strategic partnerships, and market expansion.
  • Expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and operational scaling in high-growth environments.
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performance teams with a strong commercial mindset.
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive top-line growth by developing and executing high-impact sales strategies, securing enterprise-level partnerships, and expanding the unit's market share in the cybersecurity sector.
  • Oversee all financial aspects of the SBU, ensuring budget discipline, margin optimization, and sustainable bottom-line performance.
  • Build and optimize scalable processes, systems, and operational frameworks to support rapid growth, ensuring efficiency and alignment with financial objectives.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a results-driven team with a strong commercial mindset, ensuring alignment to revenue and profitability targets.
  • Act as the primary liaison with the Board, investors, and key external stakeholders, providing transparent financial and strategic updates to ensure alignment on growth and value-creation goals.
