Responsibilities:
  1. Lead cutting-edge research initiatives and develop innovative multimodal machine learning algorithms.
  2. Mentor junior researchers to work independently and make informed decisions.
  3. Work closely with research teams worldwide to set directions and identify projects.
Requirements:
  • PhD degree from a recognized institution plus 5-10 years of experience in corporate research in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or Computer Science with a strong focus on AI.
  • Deep understanding of AI technologies, including network architectures, deployment modes, data augmentation, and performance analysis.
  • Familiarity with NLP, multi-modal architectures, and generative models such as Diffusion, autoregressive, or self-supervised learning.
  • Demonstrated publication record in major machine learning conferences and successful application of AI technologies to multimodal problems.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience in managing, guiding, and mentoring younger researchers.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills in English.
