Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Science Director to lead our data science team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive business growth through data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and analytics, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving project execution.

You will work closely with our stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements. Your expertise will enable us to deliver high-quality data science solutions that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute data science roadmaps to drive business growth
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver data science projects
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data science
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • B-Tech/M-Tech/MBA from a top-tier Institute in a quantitative subject
  • 14+ years of hands-on experience in applied Machine Learning, AI, and analytics
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, SQL, NoSQL, Spark, and Cloud Technology (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Experience with Python libraries such as numpy, pandas, scikit-learn, tensor-flow, scrapy, and BERT
  • Deep understanding of ML algorithms for common use cases
  • Comfortable with large-scale data processing and distributed computing
