Job Title: Data Analyst

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Data Analyst. This position requires someone with exceptional analytical skills and experience in data manipulation, statistical modeling, and visualization.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in Power BI and programming languages such as Python. They should be able to extract insights from complex datasets, build predictive models, and enable data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL and Python.
  • Build and implement machine learning models, including supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
  • Perform data segmentation, clustering, and predictive modelling to identify trends and business opportunities.
  • Evaluate model performance using appropriate statistical and ML metrics to ensure reliability and accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for monitoring model performance and sharing insights with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Ensure high data accuracy through validation and anomaly checks.
  • Continuously explore opportunities to improve data processes and analytics frameworks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, statsmodels) for data manipulation and modeling.
  • Advanced SQL skills for complex data extraction and transformation.
  • Experience with machine learning techniques is preferred.
