Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Product Manager Lead to join our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management team in India. As a key member of our AI-led ERP organization, you will lead a team of product managers and contribute to the development of a resilient supply chain solution that benefits both new and existing customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead teams to define significant business impact across the organization and track success criteria for multiple feature areas across divisions.
- Provide strategic direction in identifying long-term investment opportunities and coach teams to engage partners to garner support for those feature areas.
- Work closely with engineers to ensure a cost-efficient use of resources while creating end-to-end designs and specifications for customer experiences.
- Help shape future investments in the Supply Chain Management and AI-led ERP portfolio, empowering customers to run their businesses as effectively as possible.
- Lead teams in defining a feature set and facilitate mid- and senior-level usability reviews with customers.
- Guide teams to partner with others to collect performance metrics and form hypotheses for technical needs in order to improve product development in specific areas.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development.
- 4+ years of people management experience.
- Strong experience with the supply chain domain and a deep understanding of the related processes in ERP.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, plus the ability to communicate complex customer concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and at varying levels of the organization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management knowledge, especially within the areas of manufacturing, procurement, planning, costing, and inventory management.
- 6+ years people management experience.
- Good knowledge of AI, Analytics, and Automation, and how it can be applied to the Supply Chain domain.
- Experience in creating strategy plans, including executive summaries, vision and business objectives, core values, SWOT analysis, tactics, KPIs, industry analysis, competitive analysis, and financial projections.
