Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to lead our team in planning, installing, configuring, and maintaining IT systems for optimal performance and minimal downtime.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT systems administration, with expertise in server, storage, and network device management. Experience with virtualization (VMware), cloud platforms (Azure), and Office 365 is highly desirable.

  • Lead the planning, installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively to minimize downtime.
  • Manage Active Directory, DNS, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, servers, storage, and cloud platforms.
  • Oversee patch management and system updates to maintain security and compliance.
  • Manage, configure, monitor, and restore backups to ensure data integrity.
  • Provide advanced technical support for escalated issues.
  • Manage and monitor IT tickets using IT Ticketing tool.

Key Responsibilities:

Security & Compliance:

  • Implement and maintain security protocols, firewalls, anti-virus systems, and data protection strategies to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and support disaster recovery/business continuity planning to minimize business impact.

Project Management:
  • Lead and support IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and deployments to deliver solutions on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to deliver solutions.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field with 8-12 years of experience in IT systems administration.
