AI Scrum Master - Agile Transformation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced AI Scrum Master to support our agile transformation journey. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in enabling high-performing teams to deliver innovative AI solutions.

Job Description:

As an AI Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating Planning Increment events, Scrum ceremonies, and coaching the team on Agile best practices. You will foster a culture of continuous improvement, psychological safety, and team empowerment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate PI events and Scrum ceremonies.
  • Coach the team on Agile principles and Lean thinking.
  • Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Product Managers.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development.
  • 2+ years working in SAFe environment.
  • Experience supporting teams building AI/ML products.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile metrics and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM).
  • Background in data science or software engineering.
  • Experience in regulated industries.
