About the Role

We are looking for an experienced enterprise architect with 15+ years of expertise in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java technologies, cloud platforms, and microservices architecture, with the ability to lead teams and deliver results-driven solutions.

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise applications using Java and related technologies.
  • Define technical roadmaps, architectural standards, and best practices for the organization.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and design effective solutions.
  • Guide development teams in microservices, APIs, and cloud-native architecture.
  • Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and system optimization.
  • Ensure security, scalability, and reliability in solution designs.
  • Mentor developers, provide technical leadership, and support project delivery.

Skill and Experience Requirements

  • 15+ years of IT experience, with extensive expertise in Java/J2EE technologies.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, RESTful APIs, and Microservices.
  • Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Expertise in architecting distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and integration patterns.
  • Solid knowledge of design patterns, enterprise integration, and application security.
  • Proficiency in databases (SQL/NoSQL) and caching frameworks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make architectural decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
