Job Description

Mindbrain is seeking a seasoned engineer to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, Large Language Models (LLMs), and cloud infrastructure with the ability to build scalable workflows and optimize autonomous systems.

The selected individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying Agentic AI solutions using frameworks such as Microsoft Autogen, CrewAI, or LangGraph. They will also build pipelines and workflows for LLM-based agent orchestration, integrate third-party APIs, tools, and services to enable autonomous agent behavior, and deploy, manage, and scale AI-driven solutions on AWS.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with ML Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product teams to build production-ready solutions, optimize agents for robustness, efficiency, and performance, and conduct code reviews to maintain high standards in Python development practices.


Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in Python with clean, modular, and asynchronous programming experience.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services (S3, EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, SageMaker).
  • Practical expertise in at least one Agentic AI framework.
  • Familiarity with LLMs and prompt engineering techniques.
  • Experience in multi-agent workflows and agent state management.
  • Exposure to FastAPI or Flask for AI service deployment.

Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of LangChain, RAG architectures, and vector databases.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
  • Understanding of Reinforcement Learning or agent-based simulation.

Education
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields.
