Procurement Professional

This is a key role for someone with expertise in sourcing, procurement and vendor development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the procurement strategy for all Raw Materials (RM) and Packaging Materials (PM).

They will need to build and manage strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate prices and ensure that quality standards are met.

Additionally, they will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and implement process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

They will also be highly organized, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Develop and execute procurement strategies that meet business needs.
  • Build and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality products at competitive prices.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for cost savings and improve processes.
  • Implement best practices in vendor evaluation, material planning, and purchase order processes.

A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field is required. MBA preferred. A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in RM/PM Procurement is necessary.

Strong negotiation, analytical, and supplier management skills are essential.

Ability to lead procurement projects and influence cross-functional teams.

Working knowledge of ERP systems and procurement software tools is beneficial.

Deep understanding of RM/PM specifications, quality norms, and food safety regulations.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a dynamic team environment and have excellent communication skills.
