Technical Consultant Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to fulfill the position of Technical Consultant. This is a key opportunity for someone with strong technical skills and business acumen to deliver high-quality solutions to clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, deploying, customizing and integrating Dynamics 365 Customer Service. A strong understanding of software development principles, as well as experience in working with large datasets and complex systems, is essential.

This role requires a team player who can work collaboratively with colleagues to design, develop and implement business processes, plugins and workflows. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are also crucial in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing business processes and workflows
  • Developing and customizing Dynamics 365 Customer Service
  • Collaborating with colleagues to integrate multiple Dynamics instances
  • Providing technical support and guidance to clients

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft .Net, C#, JSON and jQuery
  • Experience in Customer Service Hub, Unified Client Interface, Client API form context and Model-driven apps
  • Strong knowledge of Power Automate and Power Apps
  • Ability to publish applications to Azure
