Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to play a critical role in driving strategic financial initiatives, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), variance analysis, and management reporting.

The role requires strong business acumen, analytical expertise, and the ability to partner with senior stakeholders to deliver insights that enable informed decision-making and margin improvement across complex global deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive deal pricing, commercial modelling, and FP&A processes to optimize business outcomes.
  • Partner with sales and business teams to design, review, and validate deal structures.
  • Support pricing governance processes and ensure competitiveness while protecting margins.
  • Conduct benchmarking and scenario modelling for strategic bids.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) — mandatory.
  • Experience: 5+ years post-qualification in business finance, preferably in IT/ITeS or services industry.
  • Strong exposure to deal pricing, FP&A, variance analysis, and management reporting.
  • Proven track record of working with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with BI/reporting tools is an added advantage.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global business environment.
