Job Title: SCM Technical Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for Oracle EBS R12 across multiple Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules.
  • Familiarity with SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports is required.
  • Experience handling interfaces, data extraction, and data loading in a fast-paced environment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across Oracle EBS layers to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 technical support is essential.
  • Candidates must demonstrate 3-4 real production ticket resolutions in Order Management (OM) and Inventory (INV) modules during the interview process.
  • Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving production issues across Oracle EBS layers is mandatory.
