**Job Title:** Senior Oracle SCM Consultant

 

**About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior SCM Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who has a deep understanding of Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions, with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud.

The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in SCM solutions, with a minimum of 5+ years in Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud. They should have completed at least 3 to 4 full-cycle Fusion SCM implementations and be well-versed in a wide range of modules including Inventory, Product Data Hub (PDH), Purchasing, Order Orchestration, Manufacturing and Costing, and Supply and Demand Planning.

The selected candidate must have prior experience in presales support activities, including solution design, estimations, proposal creation, and client presentations. Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and strategic planning abilities are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities include leading and delivering end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud implementations across multiple modules, conducting requirements gathering sessions, designing best-in-class solutions aligning with business needs, configuring and customizing Oracle Fusion SCM modules, driving workshops, solution demos, and training sessions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting presales initiatives, and acting as a subject matter expert in SCM Cloud offerings during customer discussions and internal enablement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of total SCM experience with a minimum of 5+ years in Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud.
  • 3 to 4 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud implementations, preferably in a lead or principal consultant role.
  • Deep functional knowledge and hands-on experience in Inventory Management, Product Data Hub (PDH), Purchasing, Order Management and Orchestration, Manufacturing and Cost Management, Supply Planning and Demand Planning.
  • Strong understanding of business processes across Supply Chain domains.
  • Proven experience in presales activities including solution design, estimations, proposal creation, and client presentations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically and strategically.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle Fusion SCM Certifications.
  • Experience working with global teams and multiple industries.
  • Exposure to Oracle PaaS Extensions for SCM.

Experience integrating Fusion SCM with other ERP or legacy systems
