Business Systems Analyst

At ACE, we're seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improvement through data analysis and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business needs, goals, and requirements.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Documentation: Prepare clear and comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps.
- Project Support: Assist in the planning and execution of projects by providing analysis and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business units and IT/development teams, ensuring alignment on project goals and requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance analytical methodologies and processes.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, with a track record of successful project support and process improvement.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and experience with business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI).
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in documenting requirements and analyzing data.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
