Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our release cycles for R&D.

About the Role

This key member of our team will utilize their career experience and deep knowledge of software engineering to drive project managers and engineers to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with stakeholders and engineers to drive projects to completion during the release cycles.
  • Manage projects while understanding the details of the tasks and dependencies needed to complete the project.
  • Serve as liaison between Engineering and Customer Success.
  • Promote Agile Methodology in our release process.
  • Resolve risks and issues that arise during the release cycle.
Ideal Candidate
  • Boasts a strong foundation in Project Management (certifications are a plus).
  • Has a degree in Computer Science.
  • Has at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with 3 years of project management experience.
  • Eager to contribute to a fast-paced team.
Essential Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and have a solid understanding of Agile Methodology.
