Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of experience in an HRBP role.">
  • Good exposure to performance appraisal, succession planning, and stakeholder management.">
  • Experience in employee engagement and connect activities is also required.">
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.">
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using and presenting data to make decisions.">

Key Responsibilities

  1. ">
  2. Work closely with the Program Leader and senior managers to ensure a balance in HR Ops communication and adherence to company policies.">
  3. Carry out HIPO development and Career discussion programs for identified Analysts and Sr. Analysts.">
  4. Monitor PIP for bottom performers in the program and manage attrition.">
  5. Plan and organize fun on-floor events and conduct pulse meetings for A & SA pool.">
  6. Oversee the 90-Day On-boarding program and ensure employees attend KM trainings.">
  7. Conduct sessions to explain Performance Appraisals in the organization and help new managers evaluate their subordinates.">
  8. Close BG cases for A-SAs and timely closure of PIP cases.">
  9. Ensure trackers like grievance, PIP, etc., are updated on a real-time basis and shared with stakeholders.">
  10. Create reports and dashboards required for each program process area.">
  11. Drive REWARDS and RECOGNITION in the program to motivate employees.">
