Full Stack CRM Tester

We are seeking a highly skilled tester to play a crucial role in our clients' digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with development teams to provide business user needs and resolve queries related to requirements.
  • Document business requirements, review them with stakeholders, and obtain customer acceptance for the same.
  • Develop acceptance criteria for test cases and test scenarios in collaboration with business users.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-8 years of experience as a functional consultant with expertise in full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM365.
  • Strong understanding of MS CRM Sales Service and Marketing modules.
  • Good communication skills, with ability to address users' questions and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Experience working on Agile or Waterfall approach depending on project requirements.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge and understanding of Customer Engagement areas, including Field Services and Project Service Automation.
  • Basic knowledge of Power Platform, Power Apps, Flow, and Power BI.
  • Good understanding of Dynamics 365 Common Data Model.
