Job Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled professional to work on our Dynamics CRM365 team. The ideal candidate will have experience in full life cycle implementations, minimum 4-8 years of experience as a functional consultant and at least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.

The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating with the development team to provide better understanding of the business users need and help resolve any queries related to the requirements. They will also document the business requirements review them with the business and technology teams and obtain customer acceptance for the same.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM365
  • Minimum 4-8 years of experience as a functional consultant
  • At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Strong knowledge of MS CRM Sales Service and Marketing modules
  • Good communication skills to address user queries
  • Experience with Agile or Waterfall approach depending on the business requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and understanding of some or all areas within Customer Engagement including Field Services and Project Service Automation
  • Basic knowledge of Power Apps Flow Power BI and Common Data Model
  • MS CRM configuration knowledge
  • Application integrations knowledge with MS CRM
