The job requires participating as an individual contributor in project teams, troubleshooting operational issues, providing technical solutions to operational problems, implementing new products, and maintaining designated areas of engineering. You'll interface with vendors, engineering, and peer operations organizations while acting in compliance with industry and Company technical requirements, standards, policies, and procedures.

This role provides technical leadership to junior engineers and project teams. The ideal candidate has in-depth experience, knowledge, and skills in their discipline, integrates business and functional priorities, and acts as a key contributor in a complex environment. May lead teams or projects and shares expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive issues through closure engaging all appropriate resources. Lead technical bridges and provide troubleshooting direction.
  • Advocate for Engineering Operations procedures, policies, and processes. Ensure projects are fully integrated into the operations environment.
  • Create data and metric systems to track operational workflows; maintain records of results and feedback.
  • Provide input to Engineering and vendors on defects and required enhancements.
  • Perform complex maintenance tests for designated areas of engineering.
  • Analyze problems in design, configuration, data flow, and data state within a highly complex multi-product provisioning system.
  • Serve as team lead on multiple projects, often spanning different engineering disciplines.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
  • 5-7 years of relative work experience.
  • Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, Python, and YAML skills.
