Role Overview:

This is a full-time position for a Finance Management Trainee based in Noida. The Finance Management Trainee will be responsible for conducting financial research, analyzing financial statements, developing financial models, and preparing reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct industry and company research using public and subscription-based databases
  • Perform financial and operational benchmarking of global companies
  • Analyze market trends, growth drivers, and risk factors in targeted sectors
  • Assist in building financial models (3-statement, DCF, comps, etc.)
  • Support in preparing investment memorandums and pitch books
  • Perform due diligence support for M&A and fundraising deals
  • Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations and Excel reports for clients
  • Summarize insights into structured reports, dashboards, and actionable recommendations
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery under the manager's guidance

Requirements:

  • Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Finance
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • MBA Finance from an institute of repute
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

Benefits:
