Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting valuations of businesses, business interests, and intangible assets for financial reporting purposes.
  • They will analyze historical financial and operating results to explain business trends and identify risks.
  • The analyst will challenge assumptions related to future financial projections and develop discount rates.
  • They will conduct financial statement analysis and perform market/industry research to develop industry growth estimates.
  • The role involves constructing and reviewing valuation and other financial models.
  • The selected candidate will present analyses and conclusions to internal management and external clients.
  • They will work closely with team members to direct engagement activity and provide review and mentorship.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration is required.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in financial valuation, public accounting, consulting, or investment banking environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial valuation theory, methodologies, and experience with traditional valuation methods.
  • Experience in building, analyzing, and reviewing financial models for high-level decision-making.
  • Comprehensive experience with financial databases and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Functional understanding of financial statements analysis and technical skills working with financial models in Excel.
