Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned executive to fill the role of Talent Acquisition Manager. This key position involves overseeing a large team and developing strategies to meet business objectives.

About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams, developing recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates, building client relationships, and negotiating agreements.
  • A strong track record of leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills is essential.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
  2. Manage a large team of managers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless operations.
  3. Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions, ensuring top talent is attracted and retained.
  4. BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND EXTERNAL RECRUITMENT AGENCIES TO SECURE THE BEST TALENT FOR OUR ORGANIZATION.
  5. Negotiate rates and agency agreements, ensuring value for money.
  6. Travel to branches from recruitment drives/train recruiters/meet clients/job fair.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Bachelor/Post Graduate (MBA/PGDM) in HR or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in staffing/recruitment agencies or a similar industry.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Attention to details, analytical ability, and prioritization.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking.
  • Relationship building and networking.

Key Skills:

  • Proven record of accomplishment of managing a large team of managers.
  • Knowledge of Excel for MIS reporting.
  • Familiarity with ATS.
  • Good client service record of accomplishment.
  • Worked on non-IT, BFSI, Infra, Engineering, Auto Mobile, Manufacturing, and Telecom mandates.
  • Adequate knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Shine, Monster, Quicker).
