We are seeking a seasoned Financial Executive to drive listing readiness, financial governance, and strategic planning for our organization. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in controllership, audit, compliance, and automation, while acting as a trusted advisor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Controllership, Governance & Compliance Readiness:
    • Lead the end-to-end listing finance workstream, including financial schedules, audit alignment, and regulatory compliance.
    • Ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks, including MCA and RBI.
    • Establish and scale public-company-grade internal controls, delegation of authority, and governance policies.
  • Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis:
    • Lead budgeting and forecasting across revenue, opex, capex, cash flows, and profitability metrics.
    • Provide in-depth performance analysis, including business KPIs, scenario models, and actuals vs. forecast.
  • Reporting, Insights & Automation:
    • Build MIS frameworks, dashboards, monthly reporting packs, and quarterly review documents.
    • Automate financial reporting, reconciliations, and transaction-level processes for scale.
  • Team Building & Leadership:
    • Mentor and build a high-performing finance team with strong ownership and compliance rigor.
    • Instill a culture of precision, speed, transparency, and audit-readiness.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in financial leadership, with experience in controllership, audit, compliance, and automation.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations, including regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to lead cross-functional teams.
