About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Analyst to join our Global Supply Chain team at Diageo. This is a critical role that will require you to work closely with various stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and drive business growth.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our suppliers, internal customers, and other relevant partners. You will work on resolving complex issues, ensuring timely payment in various currencies, and maintaining high-quality relationships with all stakeholders.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing accurate and timely resolutions to cases received via phone, email, or chat
  • Ensuring end-to-end SSH goals/KPIs are met
  • Being the first point of contact for any queries or service requests in Source to Pay

You will also be required to maintain and enrich the knowledge base, crafting an active repository of case management resolutions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A University graduate degree, preferably in a related field (BCom, BBA, BBM)
  • 4-7 years' experience in a Service desk role in accounting/STP/PTP department of a large commercial organisation
  • Proficient in Spoken and written English
  • Strong query and issue resolution skills, including queue management and critical issue management
  • Customer care and teamwork skills
  • Conversant with Purchase to Pay SAP application

Additionally, you should possess excellent communication skills, customer-centric behavior, and strong service desk experience. A good understanding of AP process, invoice processing, and vendor reconciliation is also essential.
