Job Title

As a subject matter expert, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high-quality educational content for our online courses and programmes.

The successful candidate will have experience working with and delivering complex technology projects, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage and motivate learners in an online setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Curriculum Development: Assist in the development of industry-aligned curricula under the guidance of senior faculty or programme directors.
  • Course Delivery: Teach and facilitate courses in certificate programmes, focusing on delivering engaging learning experiences.
  • Assessment and Feedback: Grade assignments and assessments, providing timely feedback to students.
  • Guest Faculty Coordination: Participate in guest faculty coordination, helping ensure programme quality in collaboration with senior faculty.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date with developments and trends in relevant industries to ensure that courses reflect the most current practices, technologies, and skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Expertise: Technical and hands-on expertise in one or more of the following areas: AI and business analytics, GenAI & NLP applications, full stack AI, MLOps, cyber security, cloud computing, DevOps, software application development.
  • Project Management: Experience working with and delivering complex, large scale technology projects.
  • Education: Relevant Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years industry experience in the above areas.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate people in an online setting.
Desirable Additional Qualifications
  • Specialized Knowledge: Certification(s) in relevant technologies or methodologies.
  • Mentorship: Experience mentoring or advising adult learners or professionals in a certificate or continuing education programme.
