As a Remote Appointment Setter, you will be speaking with pre-qualified leads and booking consultations for licensed agents across the U.S. All scripts, tools, and leads are provided — no cold calling or selling.

The role involves:
- Making 150–200 outbound calls per day to warm leads using our dialer and CRM.
- Following a scripted format to educate leads and schedule appointments.
- Inputting detailed notes and statuses into the CRM after each call.
- Meeting or exceeding daily and weekly booking goals.
- Participating in coaching sessions and team meetings.
Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills, spoken and written.
- Comfortable speaking on the phone and handling objections.
- Reliable internet, power backup, computer, and smartphone.
- Motivated, consistent, and able to follow instructions.
