Marketing Director

We are seeking a seasoned digital marketing expert to spearhead our B2B marketing efforts.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive global strategy to attract users to our site and establish relationships with drop shippers and wholesalers across various markets, including India, Europe, the US, Australia, the UAE, and Japan.
This strategic role reports directly to the B2B performance manager and requires strong leadership skills to drive marketing activities within the B2B division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement the overall drop shipping/wholesaler global strategy;
- Identify on-site and off-site opportunities to increase the number of dropshippers/wholesalers globally;
- Develop targeted strategies to recruit Indian drop shippers;
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, trends, and news;
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3-6 years of relevant work experience in digital marketing;
- Proficiency in promoting via Google and Bing ads, as well as social media networks;
- Fluency in Hindi and English (written and verbal);
- Familiarity with basic marketing knowledge and concepts;
- Knowledge of the Indian market and its dynamics;
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask;
- Independent thinking, active, and creative problem-solving skills;
- Strong learning ability and adaptability;
- Wholesale/dropshipping-related work experience is an asset.
