Campaign Consultant

As a Campaign Sr. Consultant, you will be working on developing end-user modules firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with industry standards, and analyzing customer requirements.

This role involves providing consulting advice to clients for implementing Adobe Campaign solutions and technical advisory required afterwards. You will liaise with the client, understand their technical and business requirements, and implement the solution in a manner that meets their needs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive successful delivery and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Implement solutions that meet customer business needs by understanding database architecture and setting-up ETL and data-flows.
  • Develop customer-specific solutions where necessary and document them.
  • Proactive problem diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution.
  • Manage projects on your own in smaller projects which don't have dedicated Project Managers.
