  • Experience with network protocols, including DHCP, DNS, and VPNs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
