Job Description:

Taglynk is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of AR Caller. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Oncology billing and collections, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in AR calling specifically in oncology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish communication with insurance companies to follow up on oncology-related claims and resolve outstanding accounts receivable.
  • Conduct thorough reviews and analyses of denied or underpaid oncology claims, taking corrective actions as necessary.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on unpaid claims, resubmissions, and appeals, maintaining accurate documentation throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including billing, coding, and clinical departments, to address claim discrepancies and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets as per established standards.
  • Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and healthcare regulations at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 3 years of AR calling experience in US healthcare
  • Strong understanding of oncology-specific coding, modifiers, and payer guidelines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally
  • Knowledge of EOBs, remittance advice, and claims adjudication process
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with healthcare billing software and MS Office tools
