PPC Specialist Job Description

EstateMint is seeking a highly skilled PPC Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective PPC campaigns that drive conversions and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • PPC Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising.
  • Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research to identify new opportunities and optimize existing campaigns.
  • Ad Copy Creation: Create compelling ad copy and design engaging ad creatives.
  • Campaign Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve KPIs.
  • A/B Testing: Perform A/B testing to continually improve ad effectiveness and ROI.
  • Budget Management: Manage PPC budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and achieving the desired ROI.
Landing Page Optimization:
  • Landing Page Design: Design and create high-converting landing pages that align with PPC campaigns and overall marketing goals.
  • Landing Page Testing: Utilize A/B testing and user feedback to refine landing page designs and content.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure landing pages are visually appealing and functionally effective.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze landing page performance using tools such as Google Analytics and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • SEO and Mobile Responsiveness: Ensure landing pages are optimized for SEO and mobile responsiveness.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns and optimizing landing pages.
  • Skills: Proficiency with PPC platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of PPC best practices, bid management, and conversion tracking.
  • Tools: Experience with landing page tools and platforms (e.g., Unbounce, Leadpages, or similar).
  • Skills: Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
  • Certification: Certification in Google Ads and/or Bing Ads.
  • CRO Experience: Experience with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) techniques.
  • SEO Knowledge: Knowledge of SEO best practices.
