About the RoleThe Senior Manager, Finance Planning and Analysis will be a key member of our Finance team, responsible for leading and executing finance planning and analysis activities for our Revenue team in Hyderabad. This role will require exceptional expertise in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling, as well as a deep understanding of the business landscape, market trends, and industry dynamics.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and execute finance planning and analysis activities for the Revenue team in Hyderabad.
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets for the Revenue team.
- Provide high-quality financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process standardization and innovation.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage and execute special projects and ad-hoc analysis to ensure highly effective outcomes.
- Minimum 7-9 years of experience in finance planning and analysis.
- Exceptional expertise in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling.
- Deep understanding of the business landscape, market trends, and industry dynamics.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
