About Dextra India

Dextra India, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition and Development Specialist to join our team at the Andheri Head office.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with 4-6 years of experience in talent acquisition in manufacturing, engineering, or construction to handle key functions such as talent acquisition, talent development, and learning and development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition:
    • Assist in the recruitment and selection process, sourcing potential candidates, and conducting interviews.
    • Coordinate with line managers for PRJD creation, organize interviews, and collect feedback.
    • Develop and implement a strong employer branding strategy on social media, advertise jobs through relevant platforms, and manage the application tracking system (ATS).
    • Responsible for onboarding administration and induction programs for staff level 3 and above new hires.
    • Manage probation periods, set objectives, and follow up on timely evaluations and confirmations.
    • Collaborate with the group talent acquisition manager on projects related to talent acquisition and retention.
  • Talent Management & Retention:
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop high-performing employees.
    • SUPPORT employee retention efforts through engagement initiatives, career development programs, and recognition strategies.
    • Assist in designing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
    • Help design and implement succession planning programs to ensure a pipeline of future leaders.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure alignment between talent acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Learning & Development:
    • Develop the yearly Dextra India training calendar and implement training programs to support employee development.
    • Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and design relevant curriculum and propose it for approval in the HR budget.
    • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities, including scheduling, logistics, and participant communication.
    • Conduct training sessions as needed, both in-person and virtually, to deliver content and facilitate learning.
    • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
    • Support the Dextra Academy Bridge (LMS) to ensure accessibility and efficiency.
    • Provide support and guidance to employees participating in learning and development activities, including answering questions and offering resources.
    • Assist in developing learning materials, such as presentations, handouts, and online resources.
    Qualifications and Requirements
    • MBA/PGDBM in HR
    • 4-6 years of experience in talent acquisition in manufacturing, engineering, or construction, preferably
