The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Salesforce product backlog, gathering and translating business requirements into clear user stories, collaborating with development teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. This position requires someone who is a strategic thinker, an effective communicator, and a skilled problem solver.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlog based on business value, stakeholder input, and technical feasibility
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, users, and technical teams to gather and translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Act as the primary liaison between the development team and business stakeholders, participating in sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Maintain continuous communication with stakeholders to manage expectations, provide updates, and gather feedback to refine requirements
  • Work closely with Salesforce architects and developers to ensure proposed solutions align with platform best practices and technical constraints
  • Advocate for end-user needs to ensure Salesforce implementations improve usability and adoption
  • Support testing efforts by reviewing test cases, participating in user acceptance testing (UAT), and validating deliverables against requirements
  • Coordinate with release management and change management teams to plan and deploy Salesforce updates smoothly
  • Ensure Salesforce data quality, governance, and compliance with organizational policies and regulations
