As part of our Global Tax Function based in Gurgaon, India, we are seeking an Assistant Manager, Taxation to play a key role in ensuring compliance with tax and transfer pricing regulations.

**Job Description**

Corporate Tax Compliance and Planning:
  • Manage global direct and indirect tax compliances across various international subsidiaries, ensuring timely completion with local country finance teams/tax consultants.
  • Develop and maintain global tax tracker and compliance procedures for effective tax compliance management.

**Review Foreign Income Tax Provisions:**

  • Analyze tax payable, deferred tax assets/liabilities, and uncertain tax positions.

**International Tax and Transfer Pricing:**

  • Ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations across various jurisdictions.
  • Develop, maintain, and implement transfer pricing policies worldwide that are tax-compliant in all jurisdictions.

**Tax Litigation Support:**

  • Assist in tax litigation matters across ARISE Global group entities.
  • Advise finance teams on issues arising out of tax disputes/questions raised by tax authorities.

**Collaboration and Communication:**

  • Work with external tax advisors in matters relating to tax compliance, tax litigation, and advisory.
  • Stay updated with changes in international tax laws and regulations and identify potential risks/opportunities for the organization.

**Requirements**

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with CA Intermediate/Non CA with 4-6 years of experience in corporate taxation.
  • Experience in working on taxation of different countries will be an added advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software like SAP.
