Hireplusplus (Hire++) seeks an experienced Global Tax Strategist to lead our global tax compliance efforts. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of international tax law and treaties, as well as expertise in transfer pricing, risk mitigation, and tax reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement tax strategies for global tax compliance, planning, and reporting
  • Manage transfer pricing policies in accordance with OECD guidelines
  • Assess tax risks and implement strategies to mitigate exposure
  • Oversee and manage preparation of tax returns, with adherence to regulation
  • Lead global tax audits and manage local authorities

Requirements

  • CA/CPA/ACCA qualification (or equivalent)
  • 6-10 years' experience in global tax compliance
  • Deep knowledge of international tax law and treaties
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in tax compliance software (e.g., SAP, OneSource)
