Job Title: Technical Lead for Windchill Development
We are seeking a skilled Technical Lead to spearhead our Windchill implementation team and drive technical requirements for development and automation.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Implementation Team: Direct and manage the Windchill implementation team, analyzing technical requirements for development and automation.
- Design, Develop, and Review Code: Design, develop, and review high-quality code based on industry best practices and company guidelines.
- Customize Windchill Modules: Customize and configure Windchill modules such as PDMLink, ProjectLink, MPMLink, PartsLink, SUMA, and SIM.
- Manage Configurations: Manage both client-side and server-side configurations, ensuring seamless integration.
- Handle Administration: Handle business and system administration within the Windchill environment.
- Develop Tools and Utilities: Develop tools including macros, plugins, migration utilities, and performance optimizations.
- Maintain Code and Provide Support: Perform code reviews, maintain code using version control tools like SVN, and provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and tool maintenance.
- Adhere to IT Best Practices: Adhere to IT best practices in development, version control, incident, and change management.
- Create Documentation: Create and maintain technical and testing documentation.
- Integrate with ThingWorx: Integrate and configure Windchill with ThingWorx, including customization and app development.
- Familiarity with Engineering Processes: Familiarity with engineering processes and terminology is highly desirable.
