Job Title: Technical Lead for Windchill Development

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to oversee the implementation team and analyze technical requirements for development and automation in Windchill.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing implementation team and drive technical excellence across development and automation projects.
  • Design, develop, and review high-quality code adhering to industry best practices and guidelines.
  • Configure and customize Windchill modules such as PDMLink, ProjectLink, MPMLink, PartsLink, SUMA, and SIM.
  • Ensure seamless client-side and server-side configurations.
  • Manage business administration and system maintenance within the Windchill environment.
  • Develop innovative tools including macros, plugins, migration utilities, and performance optimizations.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews and maintain version control using SVN.
  • Provide exceptional end-user support, troubleshooting, and tool maintenance.
  • Maintain adherence to IT best practices in development, incident, and change management.
  • Create comprehensive technical and testing documentation.
  • Integrate and configure Windchill with ThingWorx.
