**Senior Associate Role Summary**

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Associate to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality search execution services to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of relevant experience in executive search, recruitment, or a related field. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of retained search assignments, including client relationship management, research mapping, candidate engagement, and pitch preparation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing existing relationships with key clients and ensuring strong relationships are maintained
  • Working closely with consultants to prepare client presentations, anticipate client requirements, and proactively provide information relevant to meetings
  • Formulating research strategies to meet client requirements, specifying target companies and universes
  • Taking ownership of research reports, ensuring accurate and consistent information
  • Conducting due diligence on shortlisted candidates and promoting the company as a provider of executive search
