Senior Business Systems Designer

We are seeking a skilled Personalized Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing hyper-personalized solutions using Next-Best-Action (NBA) strategies across various channels in real-time.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop core decisioning logic using Pega CDH, including rules, propositions, treatments, and decision data flows.
- Translate business requirements into decisioning logic, including NBA strategies, engagement policies, and offer flows.
- Provide technical guidance to teams on Pega decisioning best practices.
- Ensure seamless integration of decisioning frameworks with enterprise systems.
- Mentor and lead a team of Pega NBA Designers or developers.
- 7+ years of experience in Pega and 3-4 years of experience in Pega CDH.
- Pega CSSA Certification and Pega Decisioning Consultant.
- Experience in Pega CDH 8.X or higher versions and NBAD framework.
- Proficiency in SQL, JSON, real-time decisioning, and object-oriented programming principles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to summarize data into actionable insights.
- Pega Lead system architect.
- Knowledge in externalisation of Cassandra, KAFKA, Elastic search.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices such as CI/CD pipelines for deployment automation.
