Talend ETL Developer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of a Talend ETL Developer with expertise in Talend Open Studio (BigQuery, PostgreSQL, Python, GCP) for an immediate contractual position.

Job Details:

- Role: Talend ETL Developer
- Experience: 8 to 10 years
- Work Timings: Remote work schedule
- Duration: 3 Months (Contract)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and optimize complex ETL pipelines using TMC
  • Participate in debugging and deployment of data integration projects
  • Develop automation scripts using Python for cloud data pipelines

Required Skills:

  • Talend Data Integration: Expertise in designing and optimizing ETL pipelines
  • BigQuery: Proficiency in advanced SQL, including CTEs, arrays, window functions
  • Python: Strong understanding of ETL scripting and automation
  • PostgreSQL: Familiarity with PL/pgSQL functions, triggers, and query optimization

Preferred Skills:

  • BigQuery ML: Experience with regression, classification, forecasting models
  • Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with Pub/Sub, Dataflow, Dataprep, and Google Cloud Storage
