Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with engineers to design and implement CAD system infrastructure.
  • Develop and maintain system architecture to ensure efficient and secure CAD platform operations.
  • Provide end-user support and troubleshoot issues related to CAD platform.
  • Work at the intersection of operating systems, servers, storage, and network to support CAD platform.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • 6-7 years of experience managing CAD system infrastructure.
  • Strong experience with CAD system from system administrator's perspective (CATIA preferred).
  • Experience in remote access systems, PLM infrastructure, AWS infrastructure, or DevSecOps would be an advantage.

Skills and Abilities

  • Operating systems (Windows Server, Windows client systems, basic Linux).
  • Scripting skills (PowerShell, bash, or python).
  • Basic network and security skills.
  • Excellent planning and troubleshooting skills.
  • ITIL certification or similar.
