Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Finance Functional Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in understanding client business processes and mapping them to Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). They will collaborate with the technical architect to suggest solutions for gaps in existing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed requirement studies.
  • Prepare As-Is process documents and obtain sign-off from clients.
  • Map requirements to application processes.
  • Set up Conference Room Pilot (CRP) environments.
  • Conduct testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and test script preparation.
  • Prepare Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) manuals.
  • Test customizations (forms, interfaces, and reports).
  • Set up User Acceptance Testing (UAT) environments.
  • Assist users in UAT and resolve issues.
  • Set up Production Instances.
  • Assist developers with data migration.
  • Provide post-live support.

Qualifications/Technical Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance or related field.
  • Hands-on experience in Oracle R12 and implementation of General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Fixed Assets (FA) modules, as well as India GST and EBTAX.
  • Minimum two end-to-end implementations in R12.
  • Strong accounting knowledge.
  • Good experience in migrations.
  • Approximately 4-6 years of total work experience.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and experience working with stakeholders in the US/Europe.
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and time zones.
  • Good self-management skills and stress resilience.
