We are seeking a talented professional to assume the role of Benefits Strategist. This is a hybrid position that requires working at least three days a week in an office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Benefit Program Analysis
- Assess client employee health and benefits programs, including plan design, vendor relationships, and cost drivers.
- Develop tailored recommendations to improve benefits offerings, enhance employee engagement, and control costs.
- Analyze industry trends, emerging benefits solutions, and best practices to deliver innovative advice.

Requirements:
- Proven leadership skills and experience in a leadership role.

Preferred Qualifications:
