We are seeking skilled hardware engineers to collaborate with our research team in developing innovative solutions for agent training and real-world semiconductor development.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital design, verification methodologies, and industry-standard EDA tools.

  • Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in RTL design using Verilog/SystemVerilog or VHDL
  • A strong understanding of synthesis, timing analysis, and debugging tools is required
  • Familiarity with testbench development and verification methodologies (UVM, SystemVerilog)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop realistic RTL design and verification problems that reflect industry complexity and best practices
  • Collaborate with researchers to create high-quality environments for agent training tasks in hardware design workflows
  • Work directly with cross-functional teams to understand agent capabilities and training requirements

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in RTL design using Verilog/SystemVerilog or VHDL
  • A strong background in verification methodologies (UVM, SystemVerilog, testbench development)
  • Experience with synthesis, timing analysis, and debugging tools
  • Familiarity with industry-standard EDA tools (Synopsys, Cadence, Mentor Graphics)

  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
  • Curious about AI/ML applications in hardware design
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
