Healthcare Software Developer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced software developer to join our team in solving national-level healthcare problems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of C#/.Net/ Angular / Microservices/ DS&A and be able to design, develop, and maintain platforms serving internal teams, clinicians, and patients.

You will work with diverse Improvement Apps, interpreting data, analyzing results, and providing ongoing reports relating to patient engagement with content.

In this role, you will contribute to database design and implementation, data collection systems, data analytics, and strategies optimizing statistical analysis and data quality used in our ML/AI services.

Key responsibilities include acquiring data from primary or secondary sources, extracting data sets from relational databases, and maintaining databases/data systems for incorporation into our data products.

You will also filter and clean' data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of C#/.Net/ Angular / Microservices/ DS&A.
  • Strong working knowledge of CI/CD.
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with cloud (azure).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy, in a timely manner.
  • Adept at constructing efficient queries, writing reports, and presenting findings.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and to prioritize scheduling of work.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • 5+ years of work experience as a developer.
  • BS or MS in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or a similar field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud infrastructure and architecture patterns, preferably Azure or AWS.
  • Software development experience within healthcare IT and understanding key data models and interoperability standards such as HL7v2, CDA, EMR, and FHIR.
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance and how it applies to Application Security.
  • Agile/Scrum software development practices.
  • Business Intelligence or Data warehousing experience.
