Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Visual Communications Specialist who lives, breathes, and expresses themselves through design in its many manifestations across a digital-first ecosystem.

The successful candidate will work closely with our marketing team to conceptualize, visualize, design, and evolve our visual identity. You will be responsible for delivering top-notch creatives and graphics (still & motion).

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design for digital by thinking, acting, and designing cohesive, simple, intuitive, and customer-centric creative assets.
  • Develop and strengthen brand assets, including style and brand guidelines.
  • Deliver high-quality, on-brand graphics (still & motion) to support superior digital & performance marketing.
  • Independently perform med-to-high complexity creative tasks that are cohesive, simple, intuitive, and customer centric.
  • Produce creative assets, including graphics, templates, layouts, and visual standards for marketing activities across multiple channels.
  • Analyze, report, and improve your designs iteratively with each initiative.

Requirements:

  • A powerful portfolio demonstrating creative capacity, aesthetic sensibilities, and technical expertise; preferably with business cases.
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and other design software suited for designing still and motion graphics.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in designing for digital advertising on Facebook, Google, Instagram, among others.
  • Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and yet deliver as an individual contributor.
