Senior Product Designer

The role of Senior Product Designer is to lead the design of fan-facing experiences, taking ideas from concept to launch. This involves setting high standards for visual quality and creating systems that keep products consistent and scalable.

  • Design high-impact features yourself while guiding the visual approach and mentoring other designers.
  • Define the visual direction for our products, ensuring every touchpoint feels fresh, consistent, and aligned with the brand identity.
  • Use user insights, testing, and data to validate and refine design concepts.
Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end design process for major product initiatives across web, mobile, and new fan engagement platforms. You will design and deliver polished, detail-driven user interfaces that balance beauty and usability.

  • Building and maintaining a scalable design system and component libraries to ensure visual and functional consistency across the brand.
  • Working closely with Product, Engineering, Editorial, and Growth to align design decisions with user needs and business goals.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 4+ years of experience in digital product design, ideally in media, sports, or other high-traffic consumer platforms.
  • A strong body of work showcasing both top-tier visual design and thoughtful UX solutions.
  • Mastery of Figma (plus relevant prototyping tools) and strong typography, composition, and interaction design skills.
  • Ability to connect visual execution to user needs and business priorities.
  • Experience mentoring designers and advocating for design excellence within a team or company.
